Diego Maradona's wish received a serious response from his lawyer, Mario Baudry. He suggested that Maradona's body be removed from his burial hole in Bella Vista, to be placed in a mausoleum or grave monument that fans could visit.

"The plan is to create a mausoleum in a place where fans can visit. This has also been discussed by Maradona with his siblings," said Baudry.
