​Habib Rizieq being examined by investigators as a crowd suspect

Jakarta - Habib Rizieq Shihab is currently undergoing questioning at Polda Metro Jaya as a suspect in the crowd case in Petamburan, Central Jakarta. What was Habib Rizieq's examination like?

We got a photo when Habib Rizieq was questioned by investigators from the Directorate of Criminal Investigation of Polda Metro Jaya. It was seen that Habib Rizieq was accompanied by the General Secretary of the FPI Munarman and his lawyer from the DPP FPI , Aziz Yanuar.

In the photo, you can see investigators applying health protocols. The distance between Habib Rizieq and the investigator remained at a distance even though he sat face to face.

There were nine people in the room who all followed health protocols and were wearing masks. For Habib Rizieq , bottled drinking water was also provided during the examination.

Until now, the examination of the leadership of the Islamic Defenders Front (FPI) mass organization is still ongoing. Investigators are currently digging up Habib Rizieq's statement regarding the event that caused a crowd in the Petamburan area, Central Jakarta.

Although Habib Rizieq was investigated as a suspect, Head of Public Relations of the Metro Police, Kombes Yusri Yunus, said that the police still facilitate Habib's every right . Yusri said the investigation had been paused at 12.00 WIB earlier because Habib Rizieq was carrying out the Zuhur prayer.

"The examination is still ongoing, we have given our rights as suspects, Zuhr prayers have been prepared according to health protocols, food and drinks have also been prepared," said Yusri when asked for confirmation, Saturday (12/12).
